On August 15th, Taihu New City Group launched its revitalized Party-building brand - "Sailing Towards the New", marking a significant step in elevating the Group’s Party building efforts through enhanced effectiveness and pioneering leadership.



The Taihu New City Group’s Party-building brand, "Sailing Towards the New," preserves the core concept of "Sailing" while incorporating the aspirational vision of "Towards the New." This embodies the Group’s steadfast dedication to driving high-quality development through exemplary Party building.

The overall brand logo is based on the Taihu New City Group’s corporate logo, incorporating elements such as a sailboat and waves, which are creatively transformed and integrated. The upper part of the logo features red and yellow as the primary color scheme, while the lower part uses green, blue, and gray (the three foundational colors of the group’s development). The design symbolizes the original mission of leading reform and development through party building. With three sails rising as one, we chart Taihu’s waves, embodying a spirit of resilience, progress, and unshakable determination.

The Group’s Party Committee will take the opportunity of the rebranding of the party-building initiative to establish the "133" work system. This system focuses on one task of raising the "three sails" and enhancing the "three strengths," continuously unleashing the full potential of party-building in driving the Group’s high-quality development. The "1" refers to focusing on the goal of empowerment through party-building; the first "3" represents raising the "three sails" and setting the direction, i.e. raising the "Sail of Original Mission," the "Sail of Pioneering Leadership," and the "Sail of Integrity." The final "3" focuses on enhancing the "three strengths" to move forward, improving the integration of party-building, boosting team combat effectiveness, and strengthening cultural cohesion.

At the brand launch event, the Party Committee of Taihu New City Group awarded the first batch of Model Teams with plaques and flags. Among them, the Wuxi International Conference Center, under the jurisdiction of the Convention & Exhibition Group’s Party Branch, was honored with the title of "Model Party Member Responsibility Zone."

In September 2023, before the conference center was officially in use, the Party Branch of the Convention & Exhibition Group, with strong support and careful guidance from the Party Committee of Taihu New City Group, established the Party Member Responsibility Zone of the Conference Center. This initiative deeply integrates the leadership of the Party into the team’s core values, laying a solid foundation for project preparation, opening, and operation.

Currently, the Party Member Responsibility Zone consists of 9 members, including the center’s leadership and key staff in important positions. During various activities held at the conference center, the Party members play a leading and exemplary role, successfully completing the support tasks for each event.

Achievements


High-Quality Service Driving the Opening Operations



Focusing on operational management, we aim to "build a competent team, enhance service quality, and boost operational efficiency" by leveraging Party leadership and relying on Party members as the core backbone, to establish a professional, standardized, and international service team. On December 20, 2023, the conference center officially opened, becoming the first international conference center in Jiangsu to join the Golden Keys International Alliance.





High-Quality Service Creating Business Excellence



Since its opening, the Party members in the responsibility zone of the conference center have provided service for over 100 conferences and events, welcoming nearly 150,000 attendees. In January of this year, the conference center hosted Wuxi’s Two Sessions for the first time. Party members were involved in every aspect of event support, including venue setup, equipment and facilities, and conference reception. The successful completion of the Two Sessions received high recognition from all sectors of Wuxi, achieving both economic benefits and a positive social reputation.

High-Quality Service Demonstrating a People-Centered Approach




Party members at the conference center embody the principle of "serving the people" in every detail of their work. During charity and public welfare visits, they proactively provide warm tea and set up rest areas in segments to ensure comfort. For children’s events, they meticulously arrange the activity areas, ensuring safety measures are fully implemented. Additionally, Party members take the initiative to collect litter in the wetland park located on the west side of the conference center, using their actions to create a green and clean shared space for the public.





Exceptional Service is Rooted in Staying True to Its Original Purpose




At the beginning of the year, three Party members from the responsibility zone completed the training course of the "Golden Keys International Alliance," enhancing their professional skills and further improving the service standards of the conference center. Since its opening, the conference center has received numerous industry honors and has built a strong reputation in the market.
