With the rapid growth of China’s pet industry and the full release of the potential in pet healthcare consumption, the future of pet medical care is moving towards greater specialization, professionalism, and precision. This year’s conference, themed "The World of Veterinary Medicine Gathers in China, China’s Veterinary Industry Sets Its Eyes on the World," brought together experts, leaders, and professionals from the small animal specialty field worldwide. The focus was on building a specialized veterinary system, continuing education for specialist veterinarians, and the latest clinical treatment and technologies.
WXICC continues to enhance its facilities and services, dedicating full efforts to event hosting. With a welcoming and inclusive attitude, we actively engaged with organizers and ensure prompt responses and comprehensive service for all attendees. Our commitment added a vibrant touch to this international, high-end, and specialized veterinary conference, contributing to its successful execution.
A total of 65 meetings were held over the course of three days. 20 venues of various sizes were utilized to perfectly accommodate the diverse needs of forums and lectures, and the intelligent facilities further enhanced the attendees’ experience. The main venue, Taihu Hall C, spanning 2,750㎡, served as a platform for professional learning for veterinarians. Various parties gathered here to drive industry transformation and create new scenes and ecosystems for the pet healthcare.
Taihu Hall D and the Central Lobby, with their spacious and impressive exhibition areas, provided an ideal platform for brands to showcase themselves in all respects. Leading industry brands debuted a variety of advanced exotic pet medical equipment. The event team creatively integrated three sub-venues into the exhibition area of Taihu Hall D, blending exhibitions and meetings seamlessly.
The entire team at WXICC upheld a commitment to excellence, delivering one-stop services with outstanding professionalism. Prioritizing guest experience, the team prepared comprehensive reception plans in advance to address linguistic and cultural differences. Services were flexibly adjusted to meet the needs of international guests, showcasing the warmth and hospitality of Wuxi through personalized service and fostering friendship between China and the world.
A top-tier catering team ensured exceptional dining experiences throughout the event. Renowned chefs curated seasonal ingredients to create a stunning banquet for 850 guests, thoughtfully aligned with the event’s theme. Multiple menus were tailored to international preferences, celebrating cuisine of Jiangnan region while meeting global tastes. The service team efficiently transitioned Taihu Hall C from a conference setup to a banquet layout, ensuring a smooth and elegant dining experience, offering guests a welcoming dining atmosphere that added a memorable touch to the event.
