Following the successful reception of the 2024 Two Sessions, WXICC once again delivered strong support for this year’s event. Leveraging the group’s rich resources, professional standards, and a highly responsible approach, WXICC contributed to the smooth operation of the sessions and supported Wuxi’s continued progress toward high-quality modernization.
Meticulous Preparation, All-Out Effort
WXICC attached great importance to the reception service for this event. A dedicated task force was established in advance, with a specialized support team deployed to oversee preparations. Working closely with the organizers, the team conducted thorough on-site inspections and detailed coordination to align on key information. Based on these efforts, continuous refinements were made to the conference execution process, venue usage plans, signage system, as well as material design.
All departments across WXICC worked in coordination, joining forces to ensure seamless operations and smooth execution. In response to the high demands, rigorous standards, and intensive workload of the event support, the task force broke down each aspect of the conference into detailed action items. The service team conducted multiple targeted training sessions and full-process rehearsals covering etiquette, tea service, route guidance, and more. All service staff embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and dedication, going all out to ensure the success of the conference.
The specialized support team developed comprehensive contingency plans and conducted rehearsals to ensure all operations were well-practiced and thoroughly prepared. The team arranged staff to take shifts patrolling the venue, conducting regular safety checks on audiovisual equipment, elevators, power supply, and fire protection systems to ensure all equipment remained in optimal condition. Comprehensive cleaning efforts were also carried out to maintain a tidy and comfortable environment, providing strong support for the smooth execution of the Two Sessions.
Strict Quality Control for Excellent Service
Starting with this year’s Two Sessions, WXICC has further elevated its commitment to quality service. During the event, 22 sub-venues were in service, supporting nearly 80 meetings and activities of various sizes. Over 200 wayfinding signages and floor markers were strategically placed throughout the venue to ensure clear guidance, streamline attendee movement, and efficiently direct guests in and out of the conference halls.
All staff members were fully committed to the event, dedicating themselves to ensuring service support. They remained attentive to the progress of the conference, strictly adhered to the "Golden Key" standards, and demonstrated the refined quality of international services, providing strong support.
The frontline service team upheld a diversified and personalized service strategy, actively engaging with guests in an elegant and efficient manner to make sure every attendee could feel the professionalism offered by WXICC.

WXICC aligns with top-tier venues both domestically and internationally in terms of design and hardware facilities. It is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, perfectly meeting the diverse needs of meetings of various sizes and types during the Two Sessions, providing guests with a comfortable and convenient experience.
The Central Lobby and the pre-function area of Taihu Hall, covering over 6,000 m2, had been fully operational. Multiple themed exhibition zones encompassed a wide range of fields, including culture, technology, and people’s livelihoods, providing a comprehensive and multidimensional showcase of Wuxi’s achievements on the journey to socialist modernization.
