The theme of this skills competition is "a feast for taste buds, a competition of skills". It is jointly sponsored by the General Trade Union of Wuxi Economic Development Zone and the Trade Union of Taihu New City Group, hosted by Taihu New City Convention and Exhibition Group, and co-organized by Taihu New City Catering Culture Research Institute and Gonghu Media Company. The six major catering operation units under Wuxi Taihu International New City Convention and Exhibition Group (Wuxi International Convention Center, Juna Worldhotel, Hualuxe Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, Xuntang Shuxiang Hotel, InterContinental and Hotel Indigo) have selected elite teams to compete on the same stage and start a "competition on the tip of the tongue". Well-known members of the cooking association and senior chefs in the industry will come to the competition as judges, observe and comment at close range, and test the strength of the chef team and catering service team in all aspects and levels.
