was successfully held at WXICC

The 2024 Taihu Talent Development Conference was organized by the CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee and Wuxi Municipal People’s Government, and hosted by the Talent Work Leadership Group of the CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee. The conference is themed "New Era, New Talent, New Ecosystem." It brought together 35 domestic and international academicians, representatives from 18 key domestic universities, the Yangtze River Delta Integration Development City Alliance, entrepreneurs, talent representatives, and institutional representatives, attended the event.

The conference featured 1 opening ceremony, 16 main events, and 10 supporting activities. This edition of the conference continues to enhance Wuxi’s talent brand, providing a panoramic view of Wuxi’s transformation into a talent-powered city and its vast prospects. It plays a key role in promoting the creation of a modernized talent development pioneer zone.

A total of 13 conference venues were used during the event, with 1,100 participants in attendance. Taihu Hall C alone accommodated 800 guests. As the event venue, WXICC showcased its comprehensive service capabilities, creating a spacious and elegant environment for attendees. The venue was equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and the well-organized event layout ensured the smooth operation of the conference.

From the preparations, WXICC held multiple internal meetings to focus on catering, route guidance, food service, and venue-specific service details. Targeted training and drills were conducted. Emergency response plans were rehearsed repeatedly, and all equipment and facilities were carefully inspected to ensure guest safety. The service team worked efficiently, displaying exceptional professionalism and hospitality, presenting Wuxi’s warm and welcoming image to all.
