WXICC invited nationally renowned culinary masters to join forces with HUALUXE Wuxi Taihu and Holiday Inn Wuxi Taihu New City. Leveraging the supporting resources of the "Convention and Exhibition Industry Cluster," WXICC was dedicated to showcasing Wuxi’s distinctive food culture and setting a new trend in conference and banquet catering. 
Strengthening the "Chip" Foundation through Dual Venue Synergy
The conference was hosted by Wuxi Municipal People’s Government and the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu Province, with the theme of "Chip Ecology in Wuxi."
It was held simultaneously at WXICC and Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center. During the event, 45 key projects were signed, with a total investment of CNY 24.3 billion. The synergy between the two venues added greater momentum to the event, while the "Exhibition +" model further promoted integration across research and production, supply and demand, as well as manufacturing and sales.
From a single factory to an entire ecosystem of enterprises, and from one chip to applications in countless industries, with 50 years of dedication and development, Wuxi has emerged as a formidable hub for the integrated circuit industry.
The conference focused on key areas such as advanced IC equipment, critical materials, automotive-grade chips, and advanced packaging and testing. By promoting collaborative innovation across the IC industry chain, it facilitated exchanges in technology, industry, and investment. It highlighted Wuxi’s role as a leading city for integrated circuits in Jiangsu, further expanding the influence of its IC ecosystem and continuing to build a brand for IC industry.

Wuxi is the only prefecture-level city in China with a complete integrated circuit industry chain. As the "City’s Reception Hall," WXICC leverages its rich service experience to inject new momentum into the integrated circuit industry.
During the event, WXICC successfully hosted 3 buffet lunches, 1 plated dinner, 1 round-table dinner, and 2 breakout sessions, serving nearly 7,700 guests in total, marking a recent peak in reception service. To meet the catering needs of this conference, WXICC developed multiple tailored reception plans and conducted five staff training sessions in advance, covering areas such as serving and dish passing, service flow, and guest guidance. The banquet settings and table arrangements were meticulously planned to ensure high-quality service. Departments worked in close coordination, fully showcasing the venue’s service expertise.
The two sub-forums gathered high-quality exhibition resources, further expanding the influence of Wuxi’s IC industry ecosystem. Our team continuously optimized service processes based on their extensive experience, providing care for all attendees.
Brilliant Banquet Unveiling the Future of Chips

During the event, 3 buffet lunches were held in Taihu Hall, offering a taste of Jiangnan cuisines to 5,800 guests. The appreciation dinner on the 25th featured an elegant and unique banquet atmosphere, complemented by a variety of creative dishes that provided both a visual and culinary feast. Custom-designed catering aligned with the event theme, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. A total of 177 tables hosted 1,805 industry leaders in Taihu Hall for an unforgettable dining experience. For the first time, Taihu Hall was fully connected and utilized, offering a 10,000㎡ of column-free area that can accommodate diverse needs for conferences, exhibitions, banquets, competitions, and performances. The venue is equipped with professional sound and lighting systems, delivering an exceptional audiovisual experience. A top-tier service team ensured a seamless experience, receiving unanimous praise from guests for the impeccable dining service.
After the banquet, 1,000 drones took flight from the west lawn of WXICC. By the beautiful Shangxian River Wetland Park, the breathtaking performance showcased a stunning depiction of Wuxi’s IC industry.
