The main summit of Yadea’s Annual Conference was held in spectacular fashion at Taihu Hall B, C and D. Featuring a 7,250㎡ high-ceiling space, a 90×7m HD LED screen, a massive stage, and cutting-edge multifunctional lighting and audio equipment, this venue offered an immersive experience, presenting all segments of the meeting beautifully.

The 6,000㎡ exhibition area in the Central Lobby was the best choice for showcasing a variety of groundbreaking new products, highlighting Yadea’s strong R&D, and manufacturing capabilities, offering guests a multi-sensory experience. The south zone of WXICC was set up for trial rides, allowing attendees to experience the "Yadea Speed" firsthand.

During the event, WXICC hosted nearly 6,000 guests from all over the world. In the lead-up to the event, all staff dedicated themselves to rigorous preparation and conducted multiple training sessions for specialized services. With a commitment to top-tier service, seamless operations, and a spirit of responsibility, the team ensured flawless support for the event, representing the "Golden Key" standard.

The interconnected Taihu Hall B, C and D offered a spacious environment that comfortably accommodates 4,500 guests, setting a new record for the largest number of attendees at a single event hosted at WXICC.

First-class catering service brings every celebration to life. With robust catering capabilities, WXICC efficiently served a wide range of dining options, including buffet lunches, coffee breaks, and customized banquets, in a highly organized manner within a limited timeframe.

Centered around Taihu Hall, 13 flexible dining areas were transformed into buffet stations, successfully accommodating all 4,500 guests in a single dining session. This achievement set a new record for the highest number of buffet diners served at one time in WXICC’s history. A vibrant selection of Chinese and Western dishes delighted guests from afar, offering an exceptional culinary experience. Strategically placed coffee break stations served as convenient “recharging hubs” for over 4,000 attendees, adding a sweet and refreshing touch to the event.

Inside the 10,000㎡ column-free grand ballroom, a customized banquet for 4,500 guests set a new record for the largest single dinner event in WXICC’s history. The service team executed a seamless flow of operations, completing urgent table resets across all three halls with precision, bringing the annual celebration to a spectacular close. Signature menus designed by top chefs turned the gala into an unforgettable dining experience, blending authentic local ingredients with innovative cooking techniques for a truly memorable feast.
